Olumati Isaiah: Making Your Music Sound ‘ANNOINTED’ Is A Proof That You Are Not Anointed
Principal and founder of Mirus Empire, a speaker and the owner of the Olumati Company, Olumati Isaiah has once again come again with his well of wisdom but this time it’s for budding gospel artist.
It’s often peculiar amongst budding artist to sound like some of the artist at the top be they are perceived to be anointed and for that reason they have to sound as such so people will know they are anointed.
Aside being amongst budding artists, it is also peculiar amongst Christians and non Christians who sees a particular style or sound of music as anointed and others not anointed.
A very popular example is the AfroPop, Hip Hop, Ampiano and other contemporary genres of music. Below is the principal post as seen on Facebook. Read and be enlightened.
This is for budding gospel artistes.
When you are anointed of God, He sits on everything you do in His name and according to his will.
Trying to make your music ‘sound annointed’, is prove that you are not anointed, you are a manipulator and a cheat under the guise of the gospel.
It is not your place to do what the Holy Spirit will do. Your place, is to gift the world the best of your gift within the confines of excellence guarding that industry and field while reaching out with the Gospel.
This is what I think the season is trying to teach you with the Album from Numbere Kaydee and the coming project from Benjiszzy Záakìi Omale
Do not be deceived, no matter how well the idea of making your work anointed is preached, you are just being indoctrinated into being manipulative. He that is anointed only gives what he has. No one tries to create what he has already.
