Evangelist Iyke Oriaku Bashed for wearing designer and using prostitute picture on book cover
Revivalist Iyke Oriaku shared how a mama who was supposed to link her to a big church for their youth convention literally disappointed her because he wears designers polo and not dress like other young ministers. Apart from the designers dressing, the mama complained on why he used a prostitute picture on his new book HARLOTS ON FIRE which will be out by December 2019 comparing and asking if that was how Bishop Oyedepo and the rest used in bringing about revival in their times and showed a stern disappointment at him.
In response to this, Evangelist Iyke Oriaku replied as seen below;
If you can, read the chat, and please, help me tell mama that I appreciate her good heart for trying to link me to the son of her G.O to preach. So that I can preach in their big church youth conventions. But tell her that there are millions of youths around that there big church that will never attend their youth convention, even if you offer them money.
The more you give them handbills the more they hate both you and your God. They know they are going to hell if they die now and they are not complaining. They are the ones we are looking for. We are not looking for your choir members and ushers.
And by the grace of God, God has started giving us increase through the book already.

An I.T student, helping her aunty, handling part of the formatting of the book has not come to work since Thursday. Her aunty said, she is practically forcing her to eat. She told her aunty that after reading part of the manuscript, she knelt down begging God to please, forgive her and give her another chance. According to her aunty, this is a girl that was prophesying and preaching while in secondary school, but entered high institution and has never been to church again. Now, she is living all manner of abominable lifestyles. But to the glory of God, through the manuscript of the book, she is indoors now, fixing things with Jesus. I am sure that when she is out, the streets will not see her again.
This testimony to me is worth more than the contact of any General Overseer both home and abroad. I am not a pastor, but I can pastor church. I am not a prophet, but I can prophesy. Don’t look at me the way you see your spiritual mentor. Because, I may not comform.
Anyday you see me doing like Papa Adeboye or Oyedepo, know that I have been hijacked. Many who were on fire have left us inside our churches and are stripping naked in bars and joints .
We are trusting God for how to get them back and someone is somewhere talking about giving contacts to preach in youth convention .
I have said it before that the more I am in touch with pastors and prophets and apostles the more I feel that I have failed God. When will I start receiving calls from tired homosexuals, serial rapists and chronic drug addicts? If God is still with me, why is my life attracting those that doesn’t need what I carry?.
Let me beg you to understand that it is not every young minister that is looking for where to preach. There is a generation rising whose burden runs deeper than hunting for social media likes and comments. A young minister that is not crazy for honorarium will never lack a place to preach. The public secondary school near your house has more than 200 students. Why not go there and shout fire and win souls for God?. and yet you won’t spend any money on poster and handbill?
Please, incase the cover photo of this book disappointed you I apologize, but, this might just be the beginning. We understand your concern, but don’t worry. Let those on pulpits be doing there own while those in the streets be doing theirs. All of us needs grace to stand in this journey.
Let’s keep praying for one another. and stop condemning peoples inspired operations because of our limited vantages and scopes.
Trust me: 2020 will give Satan wounds, Babylon will cry, Please, hold us, Lord. And Let those that cannot pay the price, please, leave it alone. Let us pray!
